A: Japanese Kaiseki course Please enjoy kaiseki cuisine prepared with expert skill using branded ingredients such as Wakasa guji and Wakasa beef, as well as local seasonal ingredients. A course meal using seasonal vegetables and fish, including appetizers, snacks, sashimi, and grilled dishes. (*Ingredients vary depending on the season.) B: Assorted soup shabu course with Wakasa beef and Fukui pork "Tsuyu-shabu" is a shabu-shabu made with carefully selected Wakasa beef and pork loin from Fukui prefecture and served with dipping sauce. Tsuyu-shabu is a dish that is served not with ponzu sauce or sesame sauce, but with an original soup stock created by the head chef and head chef through repeated trials. Excellent compatibility with gray green onions! It's definitely a substitute for green onions.
